Connector 11 is detailed focus of this study.
Crossing historical center of Tbilisi Connector 11 is catalyst prototype for urban changes.
Being most polluted, as well as the most visited place of city historical center needs more pedestrian friendly connections, most importantly sustainable mobility, and green recreational spaces. River Mtkvari flows next to very iconic Metekhi cliff here but waterfront is almost ignored as an important resource in daily life of citizens. This happens in Georgia, when major cities all over the globe are experiencing an increase in the urban redevelopment in terms of city center revitalization, riverfront development.
